Program for cooking classes
If you are in love with Vietnamese cuisine and you would like to learn about Hanoian lifestyle and culture, our authentic cooking classes are designed for you. You will not only learn how to make delicious dishes with a home-cook but also have “truly local” experiences by exploring the local life .You can choose one menu option for each class.
For a customized menu, you are kindly requested to let us know what you would like to learn and our cook will prepare a customized menu for you.

Itineary (The class is customized to suit your schedule)
8.30 – 11.30 am: Customers meet the chef at the meeting point. You can join her in a shopping trip. She will show you how to choose the best materials for your dishes.( If you want to skip the shopping part, please let her know before so she could prepare the materials by herself). After finishing shopping part, you will learn how to cook the dishes at the cook’s house.
11.30 – 12.30 pm: Time to enjoy your meal.
1 pm: Class finishes.
